We are currently experiencing a problem with our main website, where all pages are showing a 404 not found, yet they are present.

No other services are affected by this current issue.

We are looking into this issue and hopefully will have an update / fix to this issue asap.

@ 5:45 Website is now back up & running, we have taken measures to ensure this will not happen again.

@ 5:30pm We are looking at a possible cause for this error, i will update with further information as i get it.

@ 3:10pm Website, is still redirecting to the billing system, we will be making some changes shortly. There should be no downtime involved. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Customer services are not affected.

@ 2:10pm Website is still redirecting to billing system, we are still investigating.

@ 1:45pm Website is still showing our billing panel at www.xfileservers.net, we are investigating what could be causing this to happen. I will update in 1 hour time.

@ 10:20am Website is showing billing pages & other sub domains, bus is not displaying main content we are investigating.
